Gluten Free Cheesy Tuna Casserole

Oven Temp: 350 Degree F. Oven Cook Time: 25 Minutes

2 Cans of Tuna in Water
1 C Rice (Dry, or 2 C cooked)
2 tsp Minced Onion (Or 1 tsp Onion powder)
1 TBS Montreal Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
For Cheese Sauce:
1 ½ C Cheese
2 TBS Gluten Free Flour (I use Cup4Cup)
½ C Milk (Whole works the best
2TBS Butter (or Margarine)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Follow this recipe for the cheese sauce, or follow your own.
Cook the rice per instructions on the package. Once it’s done put it in a casserole pan, stir the tuna into it.
When the cheese sauce is ready stir this in to the casserole dish, along with the other seasonings. Sprinkle cheese on top and put in the oven for 25 minutes.

I meant to post this back in November, but I got side tracked. So it’s finally here!
